Privacy policy

Information we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and message you provide.

We do not use advertising trackers or pixels on this site. Our hosting provider may log basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide legal services. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand which pages help people reach us. It records the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location (city or region, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not keep), and your type of device and browser.

It never receives your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type in the contact form: we only learn that a message was sent or that the phone number was tapped.

Google signals and advertising features are turned off, and this data is not used for advertising. Analytics data is deleted automatically after two months.

Google LLC processes this data for us as a service provider, under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics sets cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_…” to tell one visit from the next.

The site sets “analytics_consent” to remember your answer for six months; “geo_consent”, for the length of your visit, if you are browsing from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, so we ask before any analytics cookie is set; and “lang” when you choose a language.

You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a no. You can also block Google Analytics on every site with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The security check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set its own cookies.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential details through the contact form. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request that it be deleted, subject to any record-keeping obligations that apply to law firms.
